Welcome to www.the-salon.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Delivery and Returns Policy. Please ensure you read them carefully ahead of making any purchases.

This delivery and returns policy covers your legal rights and responsibilities, our legal rights and responsibilities, and certain information required by law.

Who We Are

‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Vivonne LTD trading as SALON on www.the-salon.com.

We operate as a disclosed sales agent of the Suppliers listed on the website.

‘Supplier’ means each of the individual providers of products, brands or supplies listed on the site.

‘You’ or ‘your’ means the persons using the website to purchase the goods or products from Suppliers.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and will be charged in addition. The delivery costs (which include VAT) vary depending on the products ordered and your delivery address. Please see the "Delivery & Returns Information" page for details. Delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order (included in the "Total Cost" shown on the order summary page).

Delivery and lead times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

All products will be delivered by our or our suppliers' logistics partners in coordination with the relevant Supplier, according to the estimated delivery time on the product listing page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location and order size. Orders with products from multiple Suppliers will have individual shipping costs applied from each Supplier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

All Made to Order, Fabric Cut to Order, Customised, Personalised, and Bespoke items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty, damaged, or shortfall issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order for a replacement to be issued. No claims will be accepted outside this time limit.

All goods are returned at your own risk.

Beyond the above, we accept no liability in relation to faulty or damaged goods or shortfalls on delivery. In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the goods in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any contracts for the purchase of goods or services through our Site are governed by these laws.

We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with the goods, our service, or any other matter, please contact us as soon as possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved under our Complaint Handling Policy or you are unhappy with the outcome, you may consider alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
